Crash after 10-15 min playing in my server Empty

When i start a server (no punkbuster) all the player in, after 10-15 min have "disconected", and in the console i see "nicknameoftheperson_exec_TIMEOUT".
I have a bad conection (1 Mega) but nothing download etc...(thanks and sorry for my bad english)
